Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are handmade in small batches, so slight variations in color or texture are normal.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. We ship via USPS, FedEx and UPS within the United States.

Delivery Estimates Delivery times vary by carrier. Once shipped, your package is typically delivered within 3–7 business days.

Order Tracking You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Incorrect Address Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout. E’Laira Divine is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package, please contact the carrier directly. We are unable to replace orders marked as delivered.

Shipping Damage If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging.
